Creativity Central 22 – the St. John’s College Graduate Exhibition 2022
The annual graduate exhibition in St. John’s college returns.
Cork College of FET is the new identity for Cork ETB’s Further Education and Training Services. With this new initiative St. John’s Central College will now be known as Cork College of FET – Douglas Street Campus. However, the college has continued to deliver an extensive range of courses with creativity at their heart.
For over a quarter of a century the College has become a vibrant centre of creative courses for adult students.
Film making, painting, animation, jewellery making, interior design and digital media and just some of the diverse expressions of creative endeavour that take place in the college.
Student work from eighteen of these courses can be seen at the annual end of year graduate exhibition in the college and on the exhibition website, stjohnscreativity.com.
The opening night is Friday May 27th from 6:30pm to 9pm. The St. John’s Gospel choir will be preforming as visitors arrive from 6.30pm.
This is a free public event that gives everybody the opportunity to come in to view the contemporary city centre college located on Sawmill street, Cork, and to get a flavour of the range of creative course work that the students engage in.
The exhibition will also be open to the public Monday May 30th and Tuesday May 31st from 9:30am to 4pm daily.
