Art Portfolio Preparation
Course Outline
This is a course for those interested in improving their drawing skills. Observational skills are the core of in every class. Students learn the basic elements of drawing: composition, line and tone, by looking at and understanding how to draw what is in front of them. The second half of the course builds on the skills learned and students are introduced to painting. They get a taste of how to work with acrylics, from composition, paint handling to colour mixing. The class is suitable for beginners and those expanding a portfolio for further studies
