Join us for a 10-week Introduction to a Simple & Sustainable Self-care system: Each week you’ll learn tips and tools to align with your natural Bio-rhythms to improve your sleep, nutrition, relationships and mood.
Discover why this process of holistic self-care works and how to easily apply it to your daily life. You’ll be introduced each week to a new Health Promoting ‘Habit’ to reboot your inner operating system. You’ll also benefit from an improved immune system.
