Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. In this course, participants will be guided through a series of long held, passive yoga postures combined with mindfulness techniques to help release tension and cultivate inner stillness. Whether you’re looking to enhance flexibility, manage stress or deepen your meditation practice, Yin Yoga offers a balanced approach to both physical and mental wellbeing.
